PhoneSuite is among the world’s leading providers of telecom solutions. For over twenty years, PhoneSuite has leveraged its expertise in communication technology providing high-quality low-power consuming products. Unlike other telecom companies, PhoneSuite is dedicated to the design and manufacture of products exclusively for the hotel industry.
Founded in 1988 by two former Bell laboratories engineers, the company installed its first telephone system (PBX) in 1998 and developed the first-ever Hospitality Touch Screen Phone Console in 2008. In less than 10 years, PhoneSuite is proud to have installed over 3000 systems in properties ranging from B&B’s to 475-room franchise hotels throughout the United States and Canada. Our products, combined with our nationwide dealer support and engineering expertise, create reliable communication solutions that meet or exceed all of your hotel requirements.
Among our satisfied customers are Best Western, Holiday Inn Express, Comfort Inn, Quality Inn, Fairfield Inn, La Quinta, Americas Best Value Inn, Days Inn, Ramada and many more. We are a Preferred Vendor for several of the major hotel chains, and an Allied Member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA), and the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), as well as a Platinum Member for Hotel Technology Next Generation (HTNG).
PhoneSuite is a privately held corporation located in Broomfield, Colorado. Several of the founding members remain on staff, our additional engineering and product design talent has facilitated the growth of the company. PhoneSuite plays an active role in our local and hotel communities by contributing to several charities, including the Special Olympics, Food Bank of the Rockies, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Foundation.
